Tom Ford, you’re missing out! Even after all his daily baths, you'd think it would be too tempting to slip a tracksuit on, but, he recently told GQ America that he didn’t own sweatpants, but he did concede that he’s a member of a tennis club in London that only permits its members to wear white, and yes, sometimes he does get into the car in this one pair of white sweatpants, since it’s required, but no one on the street sees him because his driver pulls him right up to the club.
Oh, the shame! Can you imagine?! Well, the tide has turned and boy, does TheChicGeek love a good tracksuit.

The final warm days of autumn are the perfect excuse for TheChicGeek to get on his bike and fill his lungs full of fresh air. Wearing outdoor specialist, Merrell, 'Eagle' boots, TheChicGeek took flight onto his bike and onto a woodland trail.
A superior hiking boot with 80s styling, the Merrell 'Eagle' is great for walking, cycling and with even enough support for running. Here, TheChicGeek, has teamed them with a classic red and white Breton stripe top and cycle trousers with reflective details in a dark slate colour and gives a whole new meaning to 'Fashion Cycle'!

TheChicGeek headed north to experience the renaissance of our great industrial centres. The first stop was the heart of the UK, Birmingham.
Arriving at the new and shiny - quite literally - Birmingham New Street station, TheChicGeek headed to the comfort of the new AC Hotel at the Mailbox development adjacent to the canal.
With more canals than Venice, Birmingham’s Mailbox is a mix of industrial heritage and modern architecture with a recently refurbished Harvey Nichols, shops and restaurants.
TheChicGeek went sporty in his OOTD with a fitted biker jacket in soft suede and new, relaxed dark denim jeans with an athleisure drawstring. Finished off with bright white plimsolls, Birmingham was the perfect eclectic backdrop for TheChicGeek.

This is young menswear designer, Daniel W. Fletcher's first collection - he's already won a ChicGeek Award - This, his SS16 collection, was picked up by American retailer Opening Ceremony and is emblazoned with 'Peckham Pony Club', in reference to the social change inner city areas are experiencing, particularly in London.
Peckham in South London was once the preserve of Del Boy and his three wheeled van, it's now become another hip(ster) neighbourhood as people have been priced out of the centre or want to move in closer from the suburbs. Daniel's collection has that retro Cardin/Courrègges futurist vibe going on with its white, baby blue and red palette. The shaved fur trims and cocoon leathers add a luxurious touch while the Peckham Pony Club slogans add a humourous and fun touch. This #SS16 collection is far from pony.

The long and winding road...to the great outdoors sees TheChicGeek entering the forest and facing the elements giant-head on!
Taking style inspiration from those most masculine of woodland figures - the lumberjack - TheChicGeek wraps up in shearling trimmed coats, checked shirts and hiking boots.
Accessorised with an axe, those logs aren't going to fell themselves. Timber!
