Metaverse - Garrett Leight California Optical

Los Angeles, CA - Lifestyle eyewear brand, Garrett Leight California Optical (GLCO), is thrilled to announce its participation with other top brands in Decentraland’s first ever fashion week in the Metaverse.


GLCO will be stepping into the Metaverse by debuting its virtual store along with an exclusive collection of eyewear and products that users can wear on their avatars. The collection will feature eccentric styles and designs including GLCO Super Nova, a vibrant pink 80s inspired sunglass, GLCO Major, a sunglass in Black with a skull and crossbones, and GLCO Thirty One, an oversized sunglass in Black paired with a yellow croakie.

The collection will also feature unique additions outside of the normal GLCO product range designed without real world restrictions including GLCO Giant “I,” an eye paired with a top hat, and GLCO Slick Eyepatch, an eyepatch encrusted with diamonds.

“We wanted to design fresh for the metaverse without being restricted by real world parameters,” says Garrett Leight. “We just decided to be free from convention and
design ground-up for the metaverse customer and environment.”

The collection will be debuting during Decentraland Metaverse Fashion Week at GLCO’s two story virtual store on March 24th through March 27th located at -108,-13 in the UNXD Luxury District. Welcome to Decentraland
